"While planning for my daughter’s wedding I endeavored to make the arrangements, I made multiple visits. Each time I visited, I was allowed to look around at my leisure. The staff was friendly and gave tips to help in my planning. My daughter was trilled with our final arrangements. I would highly recommend Tennessee Florist Supply for all your cut flower needs."
"Reasonable prices, actually, EXCELLENT prices! And a great selection. I chose a variety of flowers and greenery and did the arrangements three full days later. They were gorgeous. I’ll DEFINITELY shop at Tennessee Florist Supply again! ❤️"
"I never liked going to this company because everyone was always so rude. A couple of weeks ago I went in looking for some special flowers. The first lady I saw not only answered my question but helped me look in the coolers. Turns out she was one of the owners. I think they have owned it for a while but I never saw them. To be honest I never went in there unless I absolutely had to. Both were great to work with and he did a special order hit me that was perfect! If you go there ask for Zack or his wife. Great people to work with ."
"If you plan on ordering/pre-ordering flowers from this place please reconsider. I went in two weeks in advance to place an order for flowers for an event and the process went fine. However, when I went to pick the order up two weeks later it was completely wrong. They first assumed I was “wrong” to have ordered 21 bunches of a certain flower so they only ordered 2 bunches and told me the rest “would come later” even though my event was the next day. I had also ordered a variety of roses and delphinium in certain colors and they did not order any of them in the colors I asked for. Lastly, I had ordered peonies (which go for $5 each!) for my event and the ones they provided looked like they had been shaken vigorously, as they had almost no petals on them. Even though they had messed up my order, the owner did not seem sympathetic at all. He was very rude and talked down to me and my friend, essentially saying we should have known better and shouldn’t have expected the colors we asked for. Since they messed up our order, they told me to look around and pick other flowers. Needless to say they weren’t what I ordered and the replacement flowers we got died one day later even though we followed the directions for care that they gave us. They also didn’t give us much of a discount (only about $30) even though we didn’t get what we ordered and had to improvise on the spot. We ended up paying $200 more for the replacement flowers than we would have for the flowers we had originally ordered. I will not be ordering flowers again from this place. If you do order flowers from here, ask the workers for help since they’re actually nice. Don’t talk to the owner, he won’t help you."
"I went on an errand for a florist working on a friend's wedding to this shop. I had to go to the back to find someone working there after roaming around looking for help. After looking at the flowers being held for us, I asked if there were any others around in the color we needed and upon being told no, I apologized and explained that I was on an errand and didn't know much about it other than I was told to ask when I arrived there. I waited to get the go-ahead from our florist to purchase the flowers. It was at this point a man named Dennis told me if we had ordered them, they would have the particular ones we were looking for. I explained that we had ordered the correct flowers from another florist, however they had sent the wrong color and I was sent on an errand to find the correct color. Dennis then threw his hands in the air and repeated himself, causing me to repeat myself. Once more, Dennis repeated that if "we would have ordered them, they would be here". I AGAIN explained to him that we had indeed ordered them from somewhere else, however they arrived the wrong color and I was sent to find the right color somewhere else. I was given a "stern look" and another hands in the air move, then silence. Unfortunately, I had to buy flowers from this place. It apparently was an inconvenience because I used a card, as a women seemed disgruntled at having to find someone to use a thermoprinter since they apparently had no card reader. I have never written a negative review in my life, but I have never been treated like this when attempting to purchase goods from a retailer. "Dennis" needs to know he is no bigger or badder than his customers and cannot treat them as such."
