"It's a great place to get plants and they're guaranteed I got in and out but they have everything you need at Lowe's and if you need help there's someone there that you can ask a great place to shop I found the house plants that I was looking for and I went to other places and I found them at Lowe's and some of them that I got or cat friendly"

"I waited in line to order some bags on mulch on sale. I asked if they had the kind I wanted in stock and was told yes and they had plenty. I tell her I have a My Lowe's military card and instead of asking for my number to pull it up, she gets snobby and says they don't give discounts to items already on sale. I said no problem, I just wanted to be in the system in case I lose my receipt. Anyway, I pay for my items and drive around to the loading entrance only to be told by one of the loaders that they were out of stock for one of the items I purchased and that I would have to go back around to customer service and get a refund. Ugghh. Luckily for me this nice lady that worked there overheard the conversation and wrote a note on my receipt with her name and what was still owed to me when it comes back in next week. She saved the day from it being a waste of time. As for the lady at the register, she needs to work a job away from the public. She has no customer service skills at all. As you were."
