"Consistently bad customer service. Today I went to pick up a prescription with a temporary paper license that doesn't expire for 25 days. Thats what the DMV gave me. Cassandra kept interrogating me about it, asking why I didn't have a plastic license. I told her I was waiting on the plastic one. She got the pharmacist involved and she came back and said he won't honor the paper ID next time. I said so you are not accepting legal IDs from the DMV, and she said I'm not arguing with you. Smh lol. Last time here was also bad. I've entered my phone number for points and coupons at least 50 times. I finally tried to use a $5 coupon. They tried every excuse to deny it. Saying it had expired even though the date was that days date. Then they said it was due to the purchase being $5 before tax. The coupon said $5 off $5. They made me buy some candy before honoring the coupon. Time for a new pharmacy."
"Fast and the line in the pharmacy drive thru went pretty fast. There are two lanes so make use of both of them, the cars tend to line up on the left leaving the right side open wish I had realized that until another car went there by passing about 6 of us."
