"Dr. Ferrara is an excellent optometrist who takes time to provide thorough examinations and explanation of care. He is by far the best optometrist I've had in over 60 years of eye exams. His staff are equally professional and friendly. The quality of the eye products is exceptional and follow-up care for adjustments or warranty are handled quickly without problems."

"This review is for Pearle Vision (Joyful Eye Care were phenomenally amazing- all their staff from booking/reception, to clinical services and Dr. Ferrara were so comprehensive, friendly, and wonderful). Pearle Vision on the other hand were a total mess- ironically for a customer service based business they are severely lacking in that department. Summer was playing a card game on her computer and her non-verbal cues were closed off and non-welcoming. She misinformed me about the policy stating if I paid out of pocket for frames, lenses would be 40% off only to correct the information after I picked out frames and stated this only applies if the frames were $200 or more. She was handling another customer who mentioned he scratched his glasses and would like his coverage to be applied to pay for the replacement- both Summer and the sale associate she was training were talking negatively behind the customers back (stating just because it’s anti-scratch coated doesn’t mean it will be fine after it’s dropped on a cemented ground) they continued to shame the customer over an accident. Then upon checking out her tone was condescending and she used a derogatory slur “ghetto” when I asked if she accepted Apple Pay and explained they don’t have the equipment to collect that form of payment. The whole shopping experience was very much giving unprofessional, unwelcoming, and otherwise disappointing energy. 1000% will not be coming back to this place even if it were the last optical care provider on earth. Management should be ashamed to even permit these people to provide customer service."

"This Pearle Vision has terrible customer service. This is my second time attempting to use this Pearle Vision location that has been unsuccessful. For starters, they aren’t friendly to greet customers. Second, I did the initial part of the exam, and then I was left in the exam room for 30 minutes without being seen by the doctor. I had a scheduled appointment for 11:45. I left the office at 12:30 again without ever seeing a doctor. Save yourself time, and don’t go here."

"Andrew made my experience today truly painless. I needed new glasses and wasn’t sure of what style frames that I wanted. Andrew was very patient with me as I looked at several pairs of frames. He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me suggestions on which frames better suited my face. He also went over all of my options for pricing, based on my insurance and asked the right questions so that I was kept in the loop on additional features, add on’s, etc. I walked out knowing that I made the right choices for my new glasses. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to replace their glasses and upgrade their style."
