"My wife and I were recently invited for brunch at Fogo de Chão as part of their pre-opening event. During this time the staff was completing their training and fine tuning the dining experience. First impressions were very good, as we were met with enthusiastic reception staff and welcomed inside. Initial vibe of entering is clean, fresh and inviting. Seating area inside is large, but retains a cozy and intimate environment. Staff were all kind, very attentive, and consistently ensuring that you're taken care of. The market table has numerous fresh vegetarian options as well as a vast array of cheeses, and a variety of charcuterie, all of which were very tasty. For brunch there were also made to order options for omelets and waffles. As far as drinks, my wife and I ordered the pineapple mint lemonade and Brazilian limonada, flavors of both were outstanding. For the main portion of the meal, there was a constant circulation of various meat cuts offered table side. Each of these options had a lot of flavor, but tended to be slightly overcooked for our liking. We made mention of this in some of our feedback to the staff and they made adjustments. Our favorite cuts were the flank steak, bacon wrapped sirloin, and crispy pork belly. We also really liked that there were other menu item selections that aren't offered in other similar establishments. The dessert options were numerous and we decided on the açai cheesecake. The cake was very moist, light, fluffy, bursting with flavor and complimented perfectly by the compote poured on top. I also ordered a shot of espresso and it was a great way to finish off the meal, as the flavors were well balanced. Overall impressions were great and we will definitely plan a return visit."
