The rose is visibly falling apart and wilted.) Plus, unfriendly manager spoke down to us when we said something about it, then walked off to help someone else. Since it was prepaid, nothing we could do. UPDATE: Manager responded and refunded the purchase."

I’d asked for a blue teddy bear vase or something for a baby boy he could have as a keepsake. The flowers were sent in a white box with purple flowers on it and a welcome baby balloon in pink lettering and pink giraffes. I was disappointed for the price I spent."

When we spoke for the first time I had mentioned that I don’t know much about flowers but I would like to have some roses included because my grandma had a bunch of rose bushes in front of her house, and it was a special memory I wanted to evoke during the ceremony (since she’s 97 and couldn’t be there in person). I had also seen a few ideas on Pinterest like a decorated arch with flowers and fabric, and some bouquets at the front of the aisle. When I was getting ready with my dearest friends and bridesmaids, Sarah walked in to show me the flowers and I was absolutely overcome with emotion. I started to cry and could not stop. They were absolutely perfect. It was like seeing a vision come to life, a beautiful piece of my wedding had come together. They were absolutely stunning. Sarah is not only an incredibly talented florist, but she is an excellent communicator. She is great over the phone, listens to what you’d like, offers suggestions, and replies promptly to emails. She is hands down an incredible wedding vendor and you should absolutely hire her. Sarah, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for giving me the wedding of my dreams.
