"They never answer the phone. On the rare occasion that they do and you call in your meds to have them ready days in advance, they are never ready when you go to pick them up. Ever. So you have to sit there and waste an hour waiting on them while they chomp on food and chit chat. If you have a choice of going somewhere else, do so."
