"I have been going to see Dr Jacobson for several months now, and I'm really happy with most of the process. The staff is super friendly and supportive, professional and efficient. If you're going in for allergy shots, it's normally very quick even if there are a lot of people waiting. If you're going in for a doctor appointment... they do tend to run a bit slow some days, but that's because Jacobson likes to take his time and really listen to his patients. I've seen extraordinary results from the allergy shots already; this is the first year in recent memory I haven't come down with bronchitis or sinusitis in January/February, and I can even walk around on high pollen days with minimal swelling and coughing. I'm continually amazed at the difference even a relatively short time has made in my quality of life! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in the area. The only reason I went with four instead of five stars is the occasional doctor visit delays, and because the only access to the office is via elevator and I really, truly, hate elevators. It's still an excellent office with excellent staff. I completely trust them."
