Williamsburg Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

"I actually really loved this dentist office especially in their new location. However, I do not agree with their policies. Being a pediatric location there should be some expectations that children will get sick. One of my children had an appointment for a filling but has the flu. I called first thing in the morning (8:01am,they open at 8:00) which happened to be a Monday to reschedule and they said I would be charged $45. I said I will keep the appointment and bring him in sick with the flu. However, they said I wasn’t allowed. So I can’t cancel without charge due to illness, but he also won’t be seen. I will be reporting to BBB and filing a formal complaint if I am indeed billed."

"This dental facility is very good and patient with the little ones. They also provide great cleaning services with them. My daughter's teeth are prone to tarter buildup and staining even with regular brushing (due to a special bacteria in her mouth) and they did a great job cleaning her teeth and removing the stains."

"These guys are the best! They’re easily the most kid friendly dentist we’ve ever taken our daughter to and they made her feel at ease the whole time. She had an extraction and Dr. Datien was so nice and supportive and her assistant held my daughters hand the whole time without even being asked."

"This was literally the best experience I have ever had in any practitioners office. The Doctor was very strategic about pulling my daughters tooth. She should win an award for her performance. As far as the rest of the staff in the establishment, they are just as great. You can feel the chemistry in the room. And even if the chemistry is not what it seems in the break room or behind closed doors, they do a great job masking it. Good job ladies, this place pales in comparison to the previous spot."
