"Dump trashy apartments"
"If you’re looking for a place to live, take a pass on this place. If the grounds weren’t enough with the overgrown landscaping, trash pouring out of the rarely emptied dumpster and dirty entryways with broken, slamming doors, just wait until you get inside. Roaches. And not just the occasional bug, an infestation throughout the property from babies to full grown. The bare minimum to keep the property just looking passable is neglected. Since roaches are prevalent at the beach, an exterminator contract with maintenance is required. And that’s just a start. Anyway, if you’ve any other options, take them. Don’t let the new finishes or new tenant spruce up fool you, this place will be your nightmare."
