"I’m a senior and has been in DC and grew up in South East all my life I’ve gone to all the schools in this area from elementary through High school. I am proud and happy to see what has transpired throughout the years❣️"
"Do not donate here. Management keeps a substantial portion of donations. Regarding there holiday helping program they do not deliver anymore and the omicron covid variant is out here. Some elderly seniors and their families can't make it to there buildings which are located in the worst parts of DC. I recommend the Salvation Army if your looking for assistance refer ppl to them instead."
"Wonderful facility and services. Very friendly staff. Only issue is you can’t make medical/dental appointments more than one day ahead of time and there are long phone waits to make such appointments; must be staffing related. Minus one star for this. Thanks for all you do!"
"This organization does a lot for the community. It is good to know that they are there when needed. The HRA dog food pantry and vaccination clinic is a Blessing"
"My first time going there and it wasn't embarrassing or anything of that nature. The workers there was extremely helpful and respectful, I can't wait to go again next month. All you need is you state ID, if it's your first time like me then take a copy of a current utility bill and if you've kids take a school record I tried my son's social security but they don't accept that or birth certificate. Please if your family have to eat don't be proud like I was the help is out there take it. You've to love the inner city help for us or low income residents. Peace and Blessing y'all keep reading my input."
