"Small, not enough space to have a dining table. Washer hook up was in the kitchen. Constant toilet and plumbing problems. I had a water bill for over $300 but I was always at work. Peeling paint. Bugs of all kinds! Terrible parking. My car got hit by a neighbor, and they park how they want. The property manager picks and chooses who she assists and with whom she’ll enforce the rules. The smell of weed is ridiculous!"
