"I wish there was an option for no stars!! Worst company I have ever dealt with!! Our son has cancer and we are 4 days waiting for supplies for his tube feedings and Broviac flush and heparin!! Not to mention every person we’ve talked to is so rude!!! Can’t wait to get changed to a different company!! Incompetency at its best!!"
"My experience has been good for the Northern VA location. I have a PICC line in for 6 weeks with once a day antibiotic, and once a week visit from home health care nurse to draw weekly blood and change dressing for PICC line. Timely calls before my meds run out with timely delivery before my last med is used. My home visit nurse provided me her cell phone, text or calls me to set up my next weekly well in advance and text me if there are any issues or delays."
"Totally Incompetent! My 83 year old husband was put on tube feeding as he left the hospital after being seriously ill. He nor I know nothing about ordering, etc.— only the basics of feeding. After being home for 2 weeks I noticed the prescription that came with the food was lower than I was prescribed as he left the Acute Rehab. So, I called to say I was afraid we would run out of food. Candy (my only contact) told me she could only give that certain amount because it was all Medicare would pay. She had not received (in error) the higher prescription I had received and was using. She told me I had to use less. I said no, I would use the amount prescribed by the Dr. I told her I was almost out of food and that I was going to the primary Dr on Monday and would get the prescription sent from him. She said she would send the remainder of the months food. I thought that would be ok because the Dr would fix the prescription appropriately and if Medicare didn’t pay, I would pay. I told her she was arguing with me over Medicare standards and I was talking about my husbands food. He can eat nothing by mouth. So, as a result we went 2 days without the prescribed food and I was searching for something to feed him. Found something so he only missed 2 meals in those days but I had to call Dr and others to find out what to do. That situation got cured by the Dr but even today, 2 weeks later, I called the office and they have no nutritionist and do not know the supervisor of Candy. I am too old for this kind of stress over something so simple to solve. She said the food was backordered. Didn’t seem that way to me because that was the excuse when I had no food—not mentioned earlier. These folks are paper pushers, not essential food providers. Beware!"
"My first thought is that I feel bad for the elderly that gets paired with this company. I have had to call several times for mistakes being made. My extend of care wasn’t noticed until a week later, because I said something. Now, I have no medicine for today. I had to call and ask when I delivery would arrive and they weren’t sure what happened. I was supposed to get a delivery for 11 am today and 2 hours late, I still have nothing. 2 calls to the after call people and no return calls. Driver hit traffic, fine, but they couldn’t pick up the phone to call? I don’t buy it. I found out later the driver had the wrong number, which is par for the course for this place. How can you even be in the business of healthcare with this kind of service. You should be ashamed of yourselves.I’m so glad to only have a few more days of treatment. The only positive out of my entire experience was dealing with Penny. Everyone else is useless."
