"Terrible service. I received a call and text saying my meds were ready for pickup. I went the day of, and then they said they were out of stock of my medication! They have been out of my medication now for 3 weeks!"

"As I’m talking to a pharmacist, a gentleman didn’t even touch his name. There’s two other Asian female pharmacist interrupting, saying no, no no to the service not knowing that I’ve been there earlier today and the gentleman has given me the forms and I am only waiting for the shots that my kids could take. No, this could have been resolved if there’s anything else, they need it from me due to the fact that I do have prescriptions from the doctor, yet these female pharmacist made the experience for the very first time at giant extremely terrible I do not recommend that anyone count on these pharmacist for any work in the future because it will be a waste of time, and they do not hold the word when they give you an appointment."

"So get this, I needed to get a medication urgently and made it to the pharmacy 5 minutes before closing. The pharmacist last name Nielson did not even bother to take a look at the prescription, instead turned the lights off while I am still there and says 'you aren't getting that medication today!' So apparently the pharmacy closes before it's closing time and they complain about numbers being down! Never going back there...in fact considering a complaint to the board"
