"I have been staying at the Quarters of Parkview for 3 years now. I must say that in my overall experience, I give it 4.8 stars. There is no paradise apartment complex, but this complex comes pretty close to it in the City of Portsmouth. The outdoor scenery inside the complex is picture perfect, very beautiful. We have an outdoor community pool surrounded by tall bushes, which is a perfect balance of privacy and roomy outdoor space. My apartment is also a gem, with a large bathroom with double vanity, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closet. Now, this is the reason why I moved here, but not the reason why I stayed at this complex. The management team takes pride in maintaining this complex, and they all know me by name. Our Property manager Jonella Williams is approachable and willing to address your concerns. Nicki the assistant manager is also very prompt to address concerns, and even apologizes when it is beyond her control. Very professional and graceful management team. Luke and Tracy who are on the maintenance team take care of work-orders on the same day or next morning. Chantal, a leasing agent plans events every other month to provide residents free food, games, and prizes. The amazing part of this team is, I always find them happy, smiling, and joyful which makes feel at home in this place. I had to dealt with a poor management team in the previous apartment complex I leased from, so I am grateful that in my time of staying here, my experience has been worry-free."

"Dog park is always dirty, the building always smells like cigarettes or weed. The staff is not helpful. My car was stolen in the parking lot. The pool is not good and they just have it open for like 2 months."

"The apartment is the best in the area. Super clean to begin with. Kudos to the maintenance staff. The property manager, Jonella Williams is phenomenal, very professional, friendly and respectful. She deserves a pay raise ASAP. Chantel Mathews is fantastic as well and the best quality of the staff is, they respond to your concerns or questions or issues without hesitation and delays.
