"Needed a doctor again and could not get in at Elizabethton, with telehealth or visit, so I went to Hampton. Nice place, friendly, prompt. I would try again."

"I mean it’s quick and easy and not too far away but I suggest if ur kiddos just have a small cough or a stuffy nose don’t bring them here any lil cough or sneeze they are shoving Covid test up there noses and trying to hold them down kicking and punchin then to find out he doesn’t have Covid which I knew he didn’t plus they whispers about your kids between them is unreal don’t really recommend this place"

"Pretty ridiculous establishment, my son is 7 and has been vomiting for three days, we called ahead and they said we would have no wait time, when we showed up (6 minutes after call) the entire parking lot was full with people sitting in their cars, and when we walked in they said we have to sit in the car till he gets swabbed for covid, even though he has a heathly temperature and isnt showing any signs. We've been waiting for an hour so far, what a joke! Receptionist is an liar, and should atleast fix her attitude. Highly recommend just going to the Elizabethton location!"

"Dr Jenkins is great but I wanted to get tested for covid and had to wait over 2 1/2 hour's in a car with my kids. I felt like we were forgot about because I had one call with a nurse and she said they would be out to test my wife and I. Then got a call a hour and half later from a different nurse asking me the same questions. Not that busy either"

"Got an appt at a reasonable time. Although hard to reach by phone, you leave message and someone calls back in a nice timely manner. Office was clean and Dr Jenkins was super nice, listened and was thorough. I'm happy to have a doctor close to home that I feel comfortable with."
