"I went to this location to get my prescription glasses, costumer service the worst I’ve ever seen, and I was costumer of my Eye Dr in different locations in Va. But this one was awful, I walk in to select new frames, waiting on someone to help me. But both of the persons working at the desk didn’t even bother to greet me or ask if I needed help. I had to approach them to ask for help, and it felt like they were making me a huge favor. I just left and went to another location in Charlottesville. They should make sure what kind of people they hire for costumer service."

Frankie was so patient with me and spent over 20 minutes with me on the phone figuring out my new vision insurance, clarifying details of my care, helped me find the best and most affordable cost for my contacts, and she was SO helpful, patient, and kind through the process. 5 star customer service, and extremely friendly staff. "Can’t get ahold of anyone, each week I get a “they will call you tomorrow” and another week goes by front desk lady is super rude when I ask if they will actually call like come on now I just wanna figure out what’s going on with my eyes, and no one tells me anything they pass it on to another optometrist. I’ve sent emails to the guys I’ve had check my eyes there and just get thrown to another location really does suck."

"Came in for contact & glasses, they were late letting me know when they came in, and when I finally got to wear them I noticed they were super off- way over what I'd be able to adjust to, so they re-did them and they still werent right. Waited half an hour over appt time. Staff was flustered and acted like I was an inconvenience, I had to ask for them to fit the glasses as well- and they originally ordered the wrong style of glasses from what i had picked out. Ended up getting a refund and went back to my old doctor who is an hour and a half away, where she told me the axis points of the glasses I had made here were 7 points off, which apparently is a lot for my vision. People normally want the office that they go to for their health needs to be able to do things correctly & professionally, and this place left me highly disappointed."
