"I was really disappointed in this dentist when I received an unexpected bill after a cleaning. When I called to make the appointment I asked if they took my insurance and they said yes. Then I got a bill because the dentist is not in network with my insurance. I suppose technically, "Do you take my insurance?" and, "Are you in network with my insurance?" are two different questions, but I would expect any medical provider to warn me that I would likely get a bill before starting any service. It feels really unethical and like I was tricked."
"I had to call around everywhere to find an emergency dentist. The nerve in my tooth was exposed the Saturday before Christmas. They promptly called me back as soon as the day after Christmas. Saw me, and got me in the next day to pull the tooth and another that would caused problems. They numbed me and I barely felt the numbing WHICH IS RARE. Dr.D is amazing and the staff is so friendly will definitely recommend."
"I had to have a broken filling replaced from a previous repair today and the whole process was quick, easy, and pretty much painless. This is the first time I didn't feel the needle for numbing and the recovery time was much less than other visits with other Dentists. I appreciate that I was taken care of by the staff and Dr. Duong."
