"Doctor B. and team 1 is always fantastic. And great thanks to Troy in Veterans Relations, he was able to resolve a major medical issue within 1 hour. Troy was able to work with the CPAP clinic to replace a failing CPAP machine. The previous CPAP technician basically told me that my 4 or 5 year old machine was working. I've been in 100% compliance for over 25 years, and i know when my CPAP machine is operating properly. The results of her not being willing to listen, I experienced headaches, poorer than usual sleep quality, and difficulty breathing. Please let her know that not all veterans are trying to beat the system. I had multiple throat surgeries, which, without this machine, I would not be able to breathe. Shame on her for denying to replace this critical equipment. Thanks to Troy for understanding and resolving this problem."

If is all about the attitude you have, I expect long waits in the pharmacy, I know they are working on al of the order’s, myhealthyvet, appointments in the hospital, refills and ER... I lead with kindness, and follow with patience. I have run into some bad Dr.’s, Nurses and employee’s. Dr. Silva in the 2N Ward was, in my opinion, the worst Dr I have ever had. She would be a ZERO stars. Dr Meyer is Great, has a walk in clinic & is very smart."
