Nobody at the office wants to take time to explain anything and they act irritated anytime they have to lift a finger and do their job. DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS. They’re all horrible!!"

"norfolk foot and ankle group charged my insurance for a l4361 walking boot, ots (short boot) $380 after insurance pays their part- they want me to pay $64 for what they wont cover. this boot all day long can be found on the web $35-$45. i call #bluecrossblueshield federal to say why should i get stuck for paying for this boot when you were overcharged by norfolk foot and ankle group!!! never again will i buy any medical product before researching it!!! dont get douped yall when this place says your insurance covers it and then they go to charge them so high for it and you still pay for it in the end plus some!"

"Not very impressed with them or their honesty. Went to check out my ankle and they suggested some over the counter cream, which did help. The problem I had was they were trying to give me an ankle brace and I did not want it unless the insurance covered it. They told me that it is covered by insurance. Several weeks later I receive an invoice to pay for an $125 ankle brace that I could have bought over the counter for less than $40. I called them and they did not do anything about it. Do not make the same mistake. Call your insurance before they tell you that it is covered."
