"I have been going to Churchland Family Medicine for a long time. They are quick to respond to my medical questions and needs. My wait time for my appt.’s are always short and the staff is friendly. They are quick with scheduling me for appt.’s and messaging me back through the portal. Dr Cyr is the best PCP around. He listens to me and my health concerns and questions. He’s a caring provider that wants the best for his patience. I feel like I am getting excellent care from Dr Cyr."

"This office has gone down over the years and I will not be returning. My last visit was it for me. A nurse who acted like she didn’t want to be near me and couldn’t wait to get outta the room. She listened to nothing I said and had a look of disgust on her face..why because I was sick (very sad). A doctor who every time I’ve seen him fails to give me a proper evaluation. It’s as if you don’t want to touch me. Why? Is it my skin color? Or are you just a lazy doctor and use to giving sub par service. I’ve never had a doctor while in their presence fail to listen to my chest, look at my throat, check my ears, touch my lymph nodes..basically examine and show care. Anything could be wrong and you diagnose solely on a few symptoms that I gave. It’s disgusting! I felt rushed and insulted. You’re jotting down a prescription while I’m mid-sentence. I am a real person, not just patient 123 and this was not the first time of him doing this. Every experience with him has been a brush off so he can get to the next patient. Misdiagnosed my foot and said it was plantar fasciitis once without ever touching or examine my foot. Come to find out, that wasn’t even it. This man couldn’t even tell me the name of a plastic surgeon for a cyst I had in my head. He told me to look one up online. That’s insane!! I refuse to allow this doctor to disregard me any longer but still collect my co-pay and bill my insurance. This practice replaced Dr. Stiles with THE WORST DOCTOR EVER! A prescription doctor that doesn’t listen or examine his patients. One who misdiagnoses patients based on what the patient says. How about LOOK.. as a doctor maybe it’s something a trained eye can/will catch outside of what the patient states. It’s not always that simple and it’s your job to properly care for your patients"

"This place was awesome. They were scheduling out til January, but was able to get me in last minute since a cancellation came up. I wanted to get established with a PCP and then also get a booster (or a referral) to a vaccine I needed. They were able to do it on the same day that I went in for my appointment. Will continue to go here and will probably also come here when I get sick."

"This doctor is willingly making me go through SSRI withdrawal. They denied a script renewal late on a Friday for a routine anti depressant, citing I needed an appointment. I called over the weekend, asking for a temporary authorization, and the on call doctor decided it was not an emergency or worth even a call back. At this point, I am 6-7 days cold turkey, and this past weekend was horrible because of this, they do NOT care. This practice does not have patient well being in mind, look elsewhere."
