"I moved to the Richmond area last year and was very concerned about finding the right infusion center. I’ve had issues in the past with the nurse finding a suitable vein and getting the IV in. The thought of it produced a lot of anxiety. I’ve also had issues with communication between my old center and my doctor and the pharmacy. Infusion Solutions is aptly named since it’s the solution I was hoping for and so much more. The people there are incredible. Professional, kind, empathetic….I don’t have enough words. They know that I’m a “tough stick” and they do everything they can to overcome it. They always make sure my medication gets ordered and shipped on time. They also make sure I set my next appointment when I’m there. The center itself has a very calm feel that provides the sense of peace and serenity that makes me almost look forward to my infusions. Maybe the best thing is they have snacks and beverages. Snacks people, they have snacks. 15 out of 5 stars."

"Everyone has been super nice, caring, and supportive. The facility is spotless, with each infusion room having a TV, a chair for anyone who may come with you, and a nice comfy electric recliner for the patient that not only reclines with the push of a button, but also has a “massage” and heat setting, yay! They will get you set up with your infusion, and offer something to drink and/or a snack (prepackaged cookies, crackers, etc). The nurses are really friendly, knowledgeable, they care about you, and your comfort. I am so very grateful for this location. It’s not hard to get in or out of parking lot, and beats a 25 minute, or more, weekly drive to Richmond. I highly recommend Infusion Solutions!!!"

"Had my first visit today at the Prince George location and I wish I could give them way more than just 5 stars! Before I even got into see them, they were working on my behalf to get orders from my Dr. Office who are horrible to try and get things from and communication. When I spoke with Sarah and explained how I have been trying since December to get my orders to them and was just getting the run around and that I was due for my infusion since January, she was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me and even walked over the my Dr. Office to get the orders! She was so kind and once she had the order in hand she scheduled me and got me in ASAP! When I walked into the office it was so inviting and I met Joy who was also so nice and caring! She got me right on back to my own private room and showed me how to recline chair, use the heated/massaging chair, tv… and just me feel like I was more than just another patient. Then I met my nurse, Rachel who was also amazing! She was so caring and compassionate! I’m there for 6 hours for my infusions and it felt so good to have a great environment and just such an amazing team taking care of me. This is going to be the only place I go to from now on! To Sarah, Joy, and Rachel.. thank y’all for being so kind and caring.. I truly do appreciate each of you!"
