"As a result of my pcp leaving for personal reasons, I had to find another way to receive my depo. Came across them and got happy because they were right around the corner from me. Had to take the 1st appointment they gave which was Nov 11. After having explained that my needs of setting this appointment was to hurry and restart my depo and get established so that I'd have reminders.. I get to the appointment and the nurses were kind. The problem came in when it seem like no one heard a word of why I was here. Pap was done which doctor M will never touch me again. I've never had a pap to hurt but he seem to have set the thing on its widest setting. And kept trying to talk to me as if he wanted me to wait til I started bleeding before I get my shot. Now I'm still waiting cause I have to go do blood work and wait for a call to come get my shot....smh.. None of this was explained last month when I made this appointment, cause I would have took my chances on my pcp restarting me..."
