"**I went to admin about this as well as reported to Medicare. I won't be contacting you again but people need to be aware that these reviews are false. Most are spam and some even written by employees. This is NOT a 4* facility and you can see for yourself if you take a tour past the lobby doors** Literally the worst place I've ever been in. Tiffany and the morning LPN were wonderful and understanding. My family member was there 24hr before we brought them home. They would have been dead in two weeks max if left there and I'd bet my arm on that. Diapers were forced because they would not help them use the bathroom. Then they wouldn't change said diaper. Patient water was in igloo coolers sat in the hallway. I got them water the one night i was there and came the next day, water was barely empty, warm. My family member was not able to drink on their own so relied on nurses to help him drink which they did not do. When i returned the next day and went to get him fresh water it was only about 2 inches of half ice water in the bottom. Inacceptable. Patients screamed for "nurse!" all night long. I overheard a first night patient who had fallen from her bed and was discovered by a nurse who started yelling "hey come here come here! The lady who just got here laying in the floor!" Two men in wheelchairs opened side doors to escape within about an hour of each other. They were not spoken to nicely. This is about all i can remember over the course of their 1 day stint."

"I cannot put in actual words how much the Hanover Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center has impacted my family. I could never thank them enough for being there and supporting my family time after time when we faced some heartbreaking moments. The comfort, compassion and support that the caretakers rendered to my loved ones was second to none. Tiffany Daniel seemed like a part of our family, giving special attention to each one of the residents and being a comfort to each family. My father, mother in law , cousin and now my mom ; I feel had the best care at Hanover Health Care. The therapist did amazing work to help my loved ones. Any concerns, the front office, especially Tiffany did an outstanding job assisting my family. I felt comfortable going home at the end of the day knowing my family was in good care. Thank you Hanover Health Care and staff for always being there through the years. I take pleasure in giving back to the residents and staff at Christmas because you made my loved ones comfortable. "I just had a very productive conversation with Lisa regarding my mom's care and was given information on how her pain management has been updated. My mom has been a resident at Hanover for almost a year and there is nowhere else that I'd trust to place my mom in the area. Her care has been excellent. She has made friends and enjoys the activities. I'm very appreciative of the communication I get from the staff and the director of nursing, Lauren. It is always pleasant going to visit my mom. The facility is so clean. I always see someone cleaning. Everyone is always busy and not just sitting around the desk talking like at other places. Thank you Hanover for all you do for my mom and our family!"
