"I had the worst experience ever with Doctor Salluzo, when I made the appointment I asked how much ir would be without insurance and the lady on the phone said $60 so I said wow that’s great, rightttt I get an email saying I had to pay $140 before seeing the doc witch I payed. Then it was time to talk to the doc very rude, did not want to proceed with and other method of weight loss, just said come back when you have insurance. And that was it, no blood test, no I think we should focus on another plan nothing!!!! I do not recommend this place at all. Oh and on top of all they are charging me more money for WHAT? Speaking to the doc, because I was there for like 8 minutes if not less. So yeah I suggest finding a better office"

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with dr campos recently. My mother was in severe pain and needed medical attention urgently. Unfortunately, despite the urgency of the situation, the doctor’s office not only failed to provide the necessary care but also displayed a shocking lack of concern for their patient’s well-being. To make matters worse, when I requested that they submit an authorization to the insurance company, they outright refused, citing their belief that the treatment might not be covered. I took it upon myself to contact the insurance company, and to my surprise, they informed me that regardless of coverage, the doctor is obligated to submit the authorization based on medical necessity. This step is crucial for proper review and assessment. It is truly disheartening that this doctor prioritizes their personal interests over the well-being of their patients. Their refusal to take the simple step of submitting the authorization demonstrates a blatant disregard for their patients’ needs and health. As a patient who has put trust in medical professionals, this experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a doctor who genuinely cares for their patients’ health and well-being. Unfortunately, my encounter with this doctor has led me to conclude that they fall far short of this standard. I strongly advise against seeking medical care from a professional who displays such selfishness and negligence. Patients deserve compassion, proper treatment, and doctors who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure their well-being. This doctor’s actions have left me with a lasting negative impression, and I urge others to consider their options carefully before seeking treatment from this type of provider."

"Dr. Campos and NP were fine, until you assert your beliefs and expectations. Then watch out! Rude, rushed, and suddenly don't want to provide care, e.g. provide prescription discussed, draw blood that was discussed, or provide follow-up. I was embarrassed and demeaned - and won't return. Would highly suggest finding another care facility. Unless you liked being bullied and intimidated."
