"Every time I take my kids to Dr Alexandria the wait time is ridiculous we sit in the waiting room for almost an hour then sit in the room for almost another hour just for her to come in for 5 mins an leave I hate coming to this place be there for almost 2 hours just to be seen for 5 mins then its a rush visit really trying to find a new pediatric for my kids"

"When you make an appointment they never see you on time or even close. The wait to be called is unbelievable. I have no complaints about the level of care. It’s just the wait time! Close to an hr to be called"

"My children see Dr Adaya. She is very honest and professional. I highly recommend her! We have also seen Dr Aleksandra Stjepanovic-Palibrk when my children have been sick. She is very knowledgeable and direct. Both Drs have educated me about any of the conditions or Illness my children have had. This office stays very busy! The front desk handle it well."

"A Recptionist Called me on Friday and said my daughter records were sent there by mistake and to call back and give her the fax number for the doctors office that I was gonna be taking my daughter to. I called back on Tuesday To give them the fax number and a different receptionist told me Her records magically got deleted over the weekend. But I also I heard the receptionist and whoever she was talking to whispering about how they weren't going to look for them because I was not going to be bringing my daughter to this doctors, I guess they forgot to put me on hold. If they were to lazy to find my daughters records and rather lie about it I'm glad I didn't choose this place anyways. :)"

"Receptionist was not helpful. Tried to explain something to her and she was telling me something different when I in fact verified the information with the insurance company themselves and the information I had was correct and active. Yet the receptionist kept telling me “well it is not active on her system” all she had to do was to nicely take the information and try again because more than likely the wrong digit was entered. Now the funniest part is I called another pediatrician right after and was able to register both my children and gave them the same information and had no problem. No issues. These places need to give their employees proper customer service training."
