"I was given an appointment with Rishi Bala after my primary care doctor had moved out of state. The first thing he said after introducing himself was, "I stopped doing primary care 3 months ago, why are you here?" From there he seemed only interested in getting me out of the office. Maybe some training on bedside manner would help, what a jerk!"

"I see some negative reviews that might deter some people but I have been a patient here for a long while now and see Dr.Rishi K Bala. He is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. He actually cares and definitely takes the time to get back to you. Sometimes I wonder if he takes vacations even with how often he has been available. The only complaint I have is that when I have to move he can't come with me because I honestly believe he is that good. I would definitely give them a shot if you can get in as new patient I firmly believe you will be more than happy from my experiences with Dr. Bala. -Rodney"

"I became a new patient of a Dr at this practice this year. I've been several times and filled out all the required medical history forms. I saw her from March through July. In August I came down with COVID. I called to see if I could get a Paxlovid prescription. The receptionist said my Dr had left and I was no longer considered an established patient and would need to be seen, but also that by the time I could get an appointment I'd be better off being treated by an urgent care. This made no sense to me because they have all of my records and urgent care has none. The receptionist had no empathy and was extremely rude. More recently I reached out to refill a prescription I need on a daily basis and was denied stating I am not longer an established patient of the practice. Again no empathy, no offer to help set up an appointment. I was fine with waiting an hour plus beyond my appointment time because I really liked the Dr, but now that she's gone there is absolutely no reason to continue."

"5 STAR facility. Dr. Haithcock and his staff are outstanding. Catherine C is on her game. She is one of the first ones who takes your vitals and gathers information concerning the doctor's visit and gets you comfortable until the doctor is ready to see you. The receptionist are very pleasant and friendly and the referral specialist ANGIE is very thorough in getting the proper information needed to get you the help to get well. God bless all those wonderful people who work with Dr. Haithcock. They all deserve a pay increase. M. ANTHONY"
