"I"ve never made any kind of public post before, but this warrants it. My mother died suddenly and unexpectantly to me. I came back home from Texas to arrange he funeral. I went to the doctors office aout the death certificates and the case of death. somehow the receptionist talked me out of talking to the doctor. Now I'm back in Texas and the receptionist still says I need to talk to a nurse first instead of the doctor. If someone's death is not enough to get a personal conference with the doctor than nothing is! I give them the worse rating I can imagine."

"I love the doctor and staff at this office. They still operate in the older type office setting. Even do manual BP's. Staff does everything possible to help their patients. They all listen to the patient."

"Dr. Mark Ende, I was pre-diabetic!!!!! I would probably be in a Diabetic Coma or dead by now if I trusted Dr. Mark Ende. I'd been coming to Ende for a year now. Maybe 5 visits total. Being new to the area at that time, I chose him because of the good reviews on the internet and he was the closest to my job and home. Dr. Ende is very short and rude. On my last visit I wanted to talk to him about the possibility of me being a diabetic. When I started to explain my symptoms and family history he was extremely rude! He cut me off and in an angry/irritated voice he said he didn't think that was my problem. He did have a blood test done, but from his reaction I didn't trust that he would screen my blood for the proper symptoms and guess what...he didn't! I went to PrimeCare and met with a wonderful doctor. She listened to everything I had to say, was patient and very sweet. I showed her the labs that Dr. Ende sent off and as I expected they were not all of the appropriate test for diabetic screening. She explained to me all of what I would be tested for and posted details on the patient portal.There were several different test than what Ende had requested. Ende nor his receptionist will explain test results to you if they're normal. There's no patient portal to view results, medications, Doctor feedback, nothing! I'm always able to speak with a PrimeCare Nurse when I have questions. I had Bronchitis last year and needed a same day appointment and of course I was turned away by Ende's Receptionist and scheduled a week out. I ended up going to Patient First. PrimeCare understands emergencies and will do what they can to assist you, even though they are always busy. Also, one of the Receptionist at Ende's can be very rude and that alone made me not want to come here. On my visits I never saw anyone below the age of 60 except for me. Maybe this is a Doctor's Office for older people who are familiar with their health and just need to maintain. Go to PrimeCare all Staff there are wonderful!"
