"If I could give a half star I would. My spouse was there and he said it's the worst place to go. The bad was about 2 inches thick on a concrete slab. No water given during the day. No juice or water given with meals. Wake uyou up 63 am you leave your room and cannot go back to your bed till 930 at night. Groups were going to the gym while staff played on their phones for an hour. During lock out of your room no showers could be taken. If you need the bathroom had to wait for them to unlock the door. If you didn't participate in so called group time you were not allowed but 1 cigarette 3 times a day and if you had no smokes they gave you one menthol each break. The food was worse then jail food. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE"
"My review of 2-stars is a direct result of the SUPPORT STAFF and they're incompetence as a medical support personnel. I have on multiple occasions witnessed this as FACT, these situations included; Loosing the patients telephone book that stores the parents contact numbers. Additionally, asking for the patient number when THE PATIENT calls home to a approved number , now this in it's self is not the issue, the issue spawns from one faculty member to the next on whether they follow that procedure (if it exists at all) when i informed then I didn't not have the number available, I was promptly hung up on. Also, a staff member asked me (THE PARENT) if they provider could start my child on a new medication to treat "side effects" of a current medication , however my child was not started on any new medications to speak of at the time. I immediately asked to speak with the doctor about it, however I was never allowed to speak with the doctor nor was it ever discussed again. I attempted to reach a supervisor to resolve the matter, however I was told that they were on the other line and to wait, approx. 15min later I was told they would call me back (info given) of which I have yet to receive a return call. This said, the PRIMARY STAFF seems to do a good job of treating my child, however I can not speak for other patients."
