"Long wait times in the waiting room and examination room! I have never been there for less than 2 hours for even a simple check up. The doctors have forgotten to send in prescriptions, and haven't called to follow up when they said they would. They performed tests on my kids I asked them not to do, and even sent those tests out to labs for additional testing. Not only do they do more tests to rack up your bill, everything is more expensive than other pediatricians in the area. When you try to contact someone to question the charges on the bill, they are unreachable and will not call you back."
