Urology - VHC Physician Group

"I have gone to this practice for several years and received excellent care, and as importantly, ease of dealing with the practice. In the past year, or thereabouts, they have either had a change in practice management, or their governing model. Recently they have refused to book me an appointment for the physician who has always seen me in the past, claiming he only sees patients for surgical issues, insisting I see a nurse practitioner instead. Today, I was on hold on the appointment line for 35 minutes and had to hang up to attend a meeting at work. A day last week I called about 20 minutes before their closing time, and was on hold until 5pm, at which point someone picked up and hung up on me without saying a word. They have no phone messaging system. Their patient experience care has dropped to zero. It is exactly this kind of frustration that leads people to forego medical care . This is simply indefensible."
