"The people at the front desk is nice and the lady who is with me at first she is also nice. But the hygienist is i don’t like the way she talk to me. When she is working on me i told her that i have pain and I put my hand on the side where i have pain. She told me that is normal to have because i have issues with my gums. Because she stop doing it and she told me if she can continue doing it. She told me that she has patient waiting for her. I didn’t not even stop her for a minute. And she keep can on talking the same thing to me. I told her that I’m not complaining it is just I’m in pain of course I’m in pain I’m not interrupting her for that long is just I want to ease the pain that I felt at that time. That’s all otherwise overall service is good especially at front desk."

"I'm completely happy with Hayfield Dental Care! I have been going to them for many, many years. I am actually even on my third dentist there as the first 2 left, one moved and one retired but they've only gotten better! Doctor Lee is who I see now and his assistant is Kaitlyn and I really wouldn't want to see anybody else. They're kind, they are patient, they're knowledgeable, they never rush you, they are just the best. And I used to live very close to that office and now I live a good 2 hours away and I still get in the car and make that field trip up to Hayfield and Alexandria every time I have to go to the dentist because it's worth it and if it's worth a trip up-and-down on rt 95 I guess you can pretty much figure how much I must really like them to do a 2 hour drive up and 2 hours back and that's if everything goes well just to be able to see Doctor Lee and Kaitlyn. I just can't recommend them enough. Seriously. They are, they are fantastic. And I've had a lot of dental work so I know! I'm not one to just get their teeth cleaned every 6 months and nothing ever goes wrong. I have had a lot of dental work and I still believe and feel that way about all of them, the work they do, and I would never want to switch dentists! If ever Dr. Lee or Kaitlyn leaves I seriously don't know what I would do, first of course I'd have a meltdown, I would just be devastated!"
