"The medical staff onsite is great and I have no complaints they were very professional. The team that was in charge of sending me instructions ahead of my procedure was not the best. I had to call and leave several messages to get the instructions. Ultimately I got to speak to someone who was very rude and acted like it was my fault I didn't get the instructions."

"I was frustrated to work with the office staff. It took more than six weeks to hear back about the date of appointment after providing all information and forms. My colonoscopy was scheduled for a Monday morning. On the Friday before the Monday, I was told my procedure had to be rescheduled because Dr. Harnden was not available in the morning. It was then rescheduled. New instructions were sent to me with wrong bowel cleansing kit. After I emailed the person (Odette Mokuba), she made a correction. However, when I went to the location for the procedure as instructed, I fount the location, but it's not the place for my procedure. The address she sent to me was wrong!"

"Terrible service towards its patients! My advice: go elsewhere to find another GE office. First, if and when you call this service's phone #, you will be on hold for at LEAST 20 minutes. Second, both my wife and I have found it impossible to schedule an apptmnt in less than 1 month. Third, getting Rx refills is slow and multiple-hoop-jumping exercise which will leave you without meds for some time. Fourth, JUST TRY to schedule a colonoscopy. I've been trying for close to 2 months (it is not a routine ck-up for me -- I had polyps 6 years ago!!) Not only do they not schedule one, but they do not return my calls to find out WHY they are not scheduling it. I repeat: DO NOT use GANV. Run, RUN away."
