"Confusing office visit at 8501 Arlington boulevard. My daughter has a follow-up appointment at 3:30. We arrived there a bit late. The first front desk representative couldn’t find my daughter’s name from the system. But the other front desk representative sitting next to the first got my daughter’s name in the system and kept telling the first representative where to find the information. Ultimately the second representative asked the first representative if she wanted her to check my daughter in. The first representative said yes. Then we switched to this second representative. Then another coworker told this representative that the doctor can’t see the patient if they are 15 minutes late and if they are new patient. I told them we are not new patient and we came for a follow-up appointment. Then this coworker told me that “I’m the doctor’s assistant. The doctor is leaving. She’s already leaving. She’s already leaving for surgery.” Because of this, the second representative told us that “you are here 3:45. Do you want me to reschedule?” We left without rescheduling. I understand that being late for a doctor’s appointment could result in not being seen by the doctor. What I don’t understand are: 1) I’m not sure if we were late for 15 minutes or less than 15 minutes. The first representative spent several minutes to find my daughter’s record. 2) the assistant mentioned that being late for new patient won’t be seen by the doctor. But we are not new patient. 3) how come the doctor is already leaving 15 minutes after our appointment time? If they told us at the moment we arrived that “you are later for 15 minutes, so the doctor can’t see you. You need to reschedule.” , I won’t be confused. The way that they communicated confused me because the 15 minutes rules applies to new patient but we are not."

"I highly recommend Inova Podiatric Surgery . Dr. Creech is currently treating my ankle and foot pain, she is amazing. She is the first doctor to actually understand the amount of pain I was in and the biomechanics of the foot and ankle. Dr. Creech quickly diagnosed my problem with a few imaging tests, after two long years of every other doctor dismissing it because of ankle sprains. Her bed side manor is excellent and she is very open about all available treatment options. She takes time out of her day to answer questions you may have and is very detailed when talking to you about your injury . I also want to comment on the office staff they are all great! From the moment I walked off the elevator the staff was attentive and courteous, they truly care about their patients and it really shows. I am scheduled for surgery and never felt more confident with a doctor as I do the the Inova team."

"Great doctor and great experience. Had a couple slivers of glass in my foot. Urgent care didn't want to do it so they gave me a referral. I was able to get a next day appointment because of a cancellation. Was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. Waited for the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Once I was numb, the doctor had the glass out in less than 3 minutes. She had a great bedside manner too. I definitely recommend!"

"The office visit to the podiatrist was useless! Didn't give me any treatment options other than what you can Google! And even though the patient encounter was ok. I wouldn't recommend it at all! So I went to am urgent care clinic the following day and got what I needed! What happened to good ol doctors treating you? Rather than you treating yourself! What if I wasn't educated, and actually had to rely on doctors?! Jeez makes me question these medical providers every single day!"
