"I had painful ingrown toenail or few weeks and I was scared to go to doctor for procedure. One of my friend recommend Dr. Ashkan, I called his office and he saw me the same day. He was very friendly amd he explained evrything to me about the treatment. I decided to do the procedure the same day. He used smallest size needle and cold spray and kept me distracted and talked to me during the procedure. The procedure took less than 15 mins and I had minimal pain and discomfort. He called me personally later in the afternoon and made sure I was doing ok. I am very satisfied and happy with the service and will go back to him in future. "I would give 0 stars if I could. I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Ashkan for a foot issue that eventually required surgery by a different, qualified podiatrist. Dr. Ashkan's lack of treatment may have made my foot issue even worse. He is not qualified to be a podiatrist and I would never recommend going to him for treatment. I'm not sure what the other reviewer was talking about regarding all insurance being accepted because even after the lack of care I received, they still had the audacity to bill me $1100. DO NOT GO SEE HIM. In response to the reply below: A conservative plan of treatment is not a misdiagnosis, but failure to read an MRI report correctly is, which is what happened in my case. On my MRI report, it clearly stated that I had a post tibial tendon tear due to friction against the navicular accessory bone, an extra bone I had, something you failed to mention to me. Only until I went to another podiatrist, did I find out that that was the case. And that is also something that would not have been resolved from just getting custom orthotics, which was your plan for "treatment". Custom orthotics could only manage pain. At the level of pain I was experiencing, only surgery to remove the bone and reattach the post tibial tendon would have resolved the issue. Clearly this is not a "low grade injury", or even an injury. If this was all explained to me, and THEN a conservative plan of treatment was recommended, then I would not have had a problem with the treatment. The fact was, that none of this was mentioned to me and it appears my MRI report was not even read correctly by you. Failure to mention what was actually wrong IS a misdiagnosis and also neglect. As far as the financial obligations go, I have never heard of people using their reviews as a way to negotiate with businesses. That is a ridiculous accusation and quite frankly, if that is what you are experiencing, there is likely far more wrong with the way things are run in your office than just misdiagnoses."

"I had pain in my both feet for couple days, I visited my PCP and he referred me to Dr.Ashkan , He is the best doctor that I've ever had. He answered all of my questions and he treated me very well. He's a kind caring and extremely nice Dr. Great attitude and the good thing is he accept all insurances and will give you a discount if you don't have insurance!"
