"I’ve been a patient here for 7 years and have had several appointments in this time span. Dr Stewart is always very professional and personable, and the practice is very good about getting urgent appointments in. There have been some miscommunications per appointments in the past, but most were remedied quickly and didn’t make a major difference, if any. However, wait times can be lengthy, both in the waiting room and the screening/procedure rooms. Furthermore, it can be troublesome to get surgical staff or medical assistants on the phone, but as previously mentioned when it has been an urgent issue I’ve been able to resolve it quickly each time."
