"Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I left a message about a week ago about concerning symptoms from a new medication, asking for a call with Dillon. I know he’s not too busy for me because he has hardly any clients. Only literally a day ago received a text from his assistant asking for my symptoms to which she responded “I’ll forward him the message.” God forbid a patient of his has even more dangerous symptoms and gets seriously hurt because of his lack of urgency and response. I still have not heard from him. Unfortunately most other psychiatrists are fully booked, thankfully I got an appointment with someone else in December. Can’t wait to get out of this"

"One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. He does not know how to work with different types of patients. Not all patients are the same. I told him that my daughter did not want to talk, but she needed his help. I assumed being a psychiatrist, he would have ways of actually getting to know her instead of pushing and pressing her out of the gate. Our first meeting was over within minutes because he insisted on meeting my daughter in his office alone. Second meeting not much better. She told him that she needed and wanted his help. Instead of him focusing on the fact he had a patient in his office that needed help and happy that she opened up a little he pushed and pushed questions then told her "I don't believe you". Not a way to treat a person...PERIOD. Totally disgusted by this human."
