"It was more or less a waist of time visiting this office and Dr. Bezacco. I did not get my questions answered. There was no response from him when he said he would explain results of a home sleep study. I went there looking for help with poor sleep. Advise finding a different doctor or practice. I also called billing and left a message, but nobody responds. I've left messages on the patient portal, and nobody responds."
"I have been seeing Dr. Soni for 16 years. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and listens. I have never had a problem with the staff or getting a timely appointment. They have a direct line to speak to a nurse which has proven a lifeline for me many times."
"Horrible reception! I have called multiple times, left multiple voice-mail, have been hung up on twice and been forwarded to other people who have no idea what they're doing! She literally responded with "i wonder why they forwarded you to me" are you kidding me? The dollar store has better response and reception than this place. They simply put no urgency in any patients who need treatment. Completely unacceptable."
"I left three separate messages with the nurses in this office to no avail. Fed up with the lack of response and and unable to breathe, I called and demanded to speak directly with a nurse. After meeting much resistance, a nurse finally fielded my phone call; I was told they never received my messages, that the scheduling office must have forwarded me to the wrong extension, which is peculiar seeing as I went through the automated system to reach them two of the times. Regardless of which department I was forwarded to, nobody took note of it and nobody informed the proper party of my calls. I was also told that I would need to make an appointment solely to ask questions about my medication that the nurse was incapable of answering. And to top it all off, they had no record of testing they performed in-office two weeks prior despite having already called with the results. Yeah, that’s gonna prove troublesome with the insurance company should I need that testing again. I don’t care how good the doctor is, if I can’t get the care I need in between appointments, it is absolutely not worth it. STEER CLEAR."
"Avoid. Avoid. We clearly provided all our personal information and insurance information to Katie to make an apt. She asked for our insurance three times and we gave it to her three times. She put us on hold for 20 minutes because she did not believe we had valid private health insurance and she transferred us to Katherine who was even more condescending and made us repeat the information. Katherine put us on hold and transferred us to nurse Amber Brown who was a third person to have trouble making an appointment for a middle age person with valid private insurance. Nurse Brown terminated the call and refused to schedule an appointment. This was the second time calling for the appointment that they had a medical referral for. They speak to patients in a demeaning manner, presuming the individual has never been to any doctor before and has never used insurance before. They clearly do not like their jobs and they do not understand that individuals have serious medical conditions requiring treatment. Thirty minutes of my professional time wasted because receptionists do not know how to make appointments and provide a fax number / email for patients to send in them the insurance information/intake forms. 12 year olds are more competent."
