"I saw Dr. Singh for Ketamine consult. Staff explained that this is a self pay visit and I have to pay upfront. They informed me that this is a non-refundable fee even if I am not started on Ketamine treatment. I was skeptical first but wanted to get evaluation. Dr. Singh was very thorough in asking me all the questions about my history and the medicines I have tried in the past. She did not think I will be a candidate for the Ketamine due to my coexisting health issues. I was disappointed and kind of upset however at the same time I appreciated her honesty and her desire to care for me. She could have started me on the medicines as this is an expansive treatment and she would have made lot of money from it, but instead she was interested in my health. I appreciate the genuine care I received."
