"Doctor Wickham instructed a third year resident to cut my anxiety and sleep meds. I had taken these medications as prescribed by another psychiatrist at Lewis Gale Doctor Richard Leggett for almost thirteen years. I had a nervous breakdown and went to the hospital. Afterward I was forced to go through withdrawal at home all by myself. Then I was thrown out of the program for noncompliance. Doctor Wickham has refused to speak to me during all of this. I'm still struggling. I can never find another psychiatrist after this. It will follow me forever while he enjoys his practice and his life."
