"Drive through is NEVER open and parking is a huge pain. They close the gates before they are supposed to be closed. Once it was 1/2 hour before they were supposed to be closed and I was told they were closed. Today it was before their lunch and the gate was 1/2 closed. When they finished with the customer in from of me it was 1:01 and I was told that I would have to come back in 1/2 and hour. When I asked about transferring the prescription, I was told that they are always closed at 1:00. That wasn’t what I asked and I was in line before 1:00."

"I recently changed insurance, resulting in having to switch my pharmacy. I used Kroger in the past, however they have been nothing but rude to me the past few months since July. Whenever I call in regards to any question, I am spoken to and treated as if it is a major hassle for them. I understand people have bad days, however bad days should not happen every day, especially in customer service. I recommend finding somewhere else to go."

"With the exception of the pharmacy manager and one other employee, the staff here is generally unhelpful, with poor customer service skills. It would be helpful if the store website indicates their half hour lunchtime closure. Pick up time is also dreadfully slow. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere."
