"While the provider was quite personable and seemed focused on our discussion, overall this was a disappointing experience for me. After canceling the morning of what would have been only my second appointment (which I was fine with), I feel as though the follow through was lacking in rescheduling my cancelled appointment. With no communication on the part of the provider, I waited a month before reaching out to her, only to be offered one appointment time that wasn't conducive to the days and times I was available. I've chosen to find someone else and it looks as though she reversed a credit on my account once I informed her of my intent not to continue with her."
