My 4 year old will sometimes give me a hard time going to school or sports, but when it comes to speech practice with Miss Sammy, he doesn’t hesitate! Incredible to see creative & strategic teaching skills/therapy make such a huge difference and in such a short time. As a teacher, I am so grateful for the extra support Ivy Rehab has been able to provide. Even the front desk staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. "Go somewhere else if you can. In 2022, my son was seen for speech therapy and all appointments were 100% covered because my family had met all our deductibles. Months later, Ivey Rehab takes over and re-bills all of my sons 2022 appointments under a the new name (even though they had already billed my insurance and were approved for the full pay)! My insurance rejects all the re-bills. My insurance and I told them they need to correct this and re-submit all the claims as they originally were. It’s been almost a year and they still aren’t making the correction! Instead, they’re trying to bill me for almost $1,800! Ivey Rehab: fix your mistake and collect the money (for the 2022 appointments) from my insurance, like you are supposed too! Update: I reached out to let them know the bill is still incorrect and what needs to be don To fix it so my insurance would pay them and they just ignored me."

"It might seem weird to say you love a therapy center, but we do. Children’s Therapy Center has been working with our daughter for over a year, initially for Speech and OT and after a short wait list… PT. During that time we have seen her abilities with speech and gross and fine motor improve and she has gained confidence with their steady support. The therapists are amazing, they really work WITH you. Having had the gamut of medical office and insurance experiences…their front office staff is beyond helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. And last but not least, their new location is wonderful. Lots of space, different room options and quality equipment. CTC is like family to us, cheesy I know… but it’s true."

"I absolutely love bringing my child to this center and specially to this location. Tamika and Amanda always go above and beyond scheduling our weekly appointments—specially with our limited availability. Whenever I have questions or I need to make changes, both ladies always do their best to help me. Both are always smiling and kind; they always make us feel welcomed. As for the therapists, my child has worked with different ones in the center. One of our favorite ones is Alyssa for OT. She’s knowledge, highly qualified, a great listener and an expert in her field. We’ve been coming to the center for close to two years now and my child continues making great progress both in OT and Speech due to the expertise of the professionals in this location. My child has hit many milestones and made great progress thanks to their support. As for my child, OT and Speech are appointments that he always looks forward to attending. His time at this center has been a nurturing, safe space for him."

"All the therapists here are amazing and wonderful. My son ( Dylan ) started when he was 2 1/2 years old when he was diagnostic with ASD now he’s almost 8 years. His progress is amazing . I really felt supported from the all CTC team. For me it’s very easy to set up appointments because the front staff Tamika and Amanda are the best with their great communication and they are very friendly. I’m feel like family here.
