"As first time parent, Dr Steiner was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and reassuring. She was able to get us into our first appointment ASAP. She answered all of our questions and her documentation is amazing. We went back to read her report from our visit and it was very thorough. We had been told by the birth hospital that she might not be taking new patients, but she was able to see our newborn. Everything folks have said in these reviews has been accurate. "I met Dr. Steiner threw my OBGYN at a centering mother’s class while I was pregnant with my newborn. I instantly liked her. She is very informative and is always available to answer any of my questions and if she’s not able to get on the phone I always receive a call back from her before she leaves the office for the day. Even though my boys aren’t her only patients she always treats us like they are. I liked this doctor so much that I switched my oldest sons doctor to her so now both of my boys are seeing this doctor. Her office is very clean and I love that she separates the sick children from the children who aren’t sick. Her office is child friendly and my oldest son loves going to see her. She has never steered me wrong with any directions regarding my children. I was not able to make a co pay due to being on maternity leave and hadn’t received my first check and she let me do a payment arrangement. This office is very accommodating & I hope to have this doctor until my boys are older. Thank you Dr Steiner for doing the best job as a pediatrician you deserve a huge award for the care you provide children in the Hampton roads area ! 5 stars for sure !!"
