"got my wisdom teeth removed here, surgeon was working on 4 patients at a time, dental assistant didn’t know what mono was when i marked it on my history. i have been in excruciating pain for 4 days now and every time i call and try to get help i am transferred a million times, told to wait for a call back and eventually hung up on and ignored."

"very very very unprofessional I haven’t been to this place in ONE year . last time I visited they did a root canal on me and sent me on my way saying they can do a crown in 5 months . of course I went to another dentist .. Now it’s been 2 years with root canals on my two front teeth and NO CROWNS . I just want my two front teeth back and my new dentist can’t do anything w out them releasing treatment over to them which they said they would do last week and it still hasn’t been done . Just RELEASE IT !! It’s like they’re trying to get paid for the procedure w out doing the work while this is affecting my confidence having to beg them for consent ."

"I've had an appt scheduled here for over a month for 9 am today. They just canceled my appt at 8:04 am without offering to reschedule. They never answer the phone so there is no chance of getting in touch with them without walking in."

"I could make a list of all the reasons we’ve had terrible experience after terrible experience but all of the other reviews sum it up pretty well. I’ll just say this, regardless of whether it’s for orthodontics or a cleaning our wait time in 2 years has never been less than an hour. Deborah in ortho is extremely rude, condescending, and unnecessarily rough with my children’s braces, and when we have 8:30 appointments for ortho, Dr Salti never walks in before 9 am. Which we know, because we’re still sitting in the waiting room. The only reason we’re still here is because we live 4 minutes away and decided to start both of our children’s braces here. Worst mistake ever. Just avoid at all costs."

"Hounded me about confirming appointments because of number of no shows- then within the week canceled my appointment without letting me know. Wait in waiting room for over an hour with no update. Male at the registration desk consistently has poor customer service skills, had a sour attitude, and just doesn’t seem to want to be accommodating."
