I asked why this was the policy and she “stated I already told you!”, I tried to restate the question and manager began Speaking over me and was determined to be confrontational. This is the second unpleasant interaction I have had with this place. DO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ESLE WHERE!"

"I had called a few months ago trying to schedule an appointment, and was abruptly hung up on when I had questions. Fast forward a few months I switched providers , because I had moved, they had been rude so I figured it was closer to my new home so might as well switch . I had called and told them my situation and it didn’t seem to be a problem, and informed them I wouldn’t be coming to the location anymore. I was called recently and questioned over and over who my new provider was, and they were very rude on the phone about me switching and made me uncomfortable. I was shocked because I didn’t want to drive and hour and half to Smithfield anymore for my doctors appointment, and they were hostile towards me on the phone. I’m very disappointed in how this place has gone downhill in the recent years and hope they act more professional in the future."
