"Treated coldly by the receptionist as soon as I walked in the building, I had driven 30 mins to an appointment only to be met with a less than ideal/rude encounter. This situation could have been avoided (as this could have been handled over the phone). Clearly there was a disconnect on scheduling needs that this facility does not provide and this issue stemmed elsewhere, all of that was understood - the delivery and situation SHOULD have been handled with dignity and respect - and was NOT AT ALL. Will never come back to any Riverside facility due to the way I was treated by this one staff member. Understanding that anyone coming to get this procedure is already sensitive, possibly nervous and/or seeking help for a number of reasons - bedside manner should be at the forefront regardless."
