"My daughter had a hernia and Dr. Oticica performed surgery. She is 4 years old and still has the hernia. After paying hospital bills and his bill problem still not resolved. Further, I have attempted to make appointments for a follow up and been unsuccessful. Now we have to redo the surgery , pay all costs and most importantly are running a risk by putting her under anesthesia again. I would not trust my child under his surgery again. Scary."
