"Ignorant unprofessional staff. Called for an immunization shot 12th grade and told her that my daughter could not return to school until she got it. The ignorant receptionsist stated two weeks. The stated she had earlier emergency appointments but not imminization. The place is in a less desirable location and condition, services mediocre. I would not recommend this place to a dog."

"I’ve been coming to doctor Bennett since I was born and my mother and mostly all of my relatives were patients here. This one time that I don’t have a mask, my son had his. Yes I forgot but the attitude and being turned away is ridiculous. My son missed school and everything. Very unprofessional!"

Made an appointment here for my son, they called and confirmed the day before only to arrive and be told "someone else" made a mistake and could not see him because they're not excepting new patients. So unprofessional, waiting area is dirty, located on a dirty street by abandoned buildings, glad to miss this one."

"Dr. Bennett is one of the best in the city. No matter what I need for my child to be healthy. She come through everytime. The staff is like family. Did I mention I've been going since I was a newborn. Now my son goes to her and adores her. And that to me speaks volumes."

"Dr. Lillie is official on my trash list. I tried to forgive the multiple times she misdiagnosed my daughter and left her without proper treatment and medication. I tried to forgive the TWO HOUR waits every time, even when I’m early she sits at the front desk while her patients wait and wait. But what I will not forgive is her incompetent, rude nurses messing up my daughter’s shots. One of them blatantly telling me that she doesn’t know what she’s doing which is scary because she told me she was a “head nurse” whatever that means. Another thing I cannot forgive is Dr. Bennett talking bad about me to other parents in the waiting room simply because I decided to leave and reschedule rather than be late for work AGAIN due to their poor time management."
