"Horrible doctors office horrible doctor horrible staff this man treid yo put my child in mental therapy because he was being a kid and playing while in the office and his receptionist keeps trying to have a attitude with my wife because they have history tbh the doctor needs to go back to school and learn how children 8 and under act not automatically assume they need a mental doctor after my child get his shots for school he shall never return to this office again I wish I could give zero stars completely disappointed and disgusted with how this appointment went made my wife cry because of this entire ordeal shut your office down and go learn how to be a real doctor and if you got kids I am scared for them because you would probably try and put them on meds because they have a lot of energy or just being children"

"He is such a caring and honest doctor. They allow me to bring all 3 of my children in at one time to be seen, which makes appointments so much easier to work around my job! The nurses are absolutely AMAZING and we never go without a huge laugh! It feels like home. They follow extra safety precautions by having only one family at a time so the focus is only on us when we are there and we know it's safe and clean. LOVE Dr. Boatwright & his staff!!!"

"Dr Boatwright is a great doctor. My baby wasn’t eating well and we didn’t have good insurance. He was the only doctor in all Richmond that would see him and he got us in the same day when he heard about my baby’s problem. He was so compassionate and spent hours with us and on the phone with the hospital getting him admitted. This is just one example of many of the great care that he gives his patients. He helped get my baby the correct ongoing medical care which was much appreciated, especially because other doctors previously didn’t want a hard case."

"Only give it two stars because he is a good doctor. But is staff is horrible and unprofessional. Very disappointed in the service I just to go to this office as a child now my child will no longer be a patient. I been waiting two for my child prescription the lady say she sent it already to my pharmacy but everything I call my pharmacy they don't have anything. They don't give messages to Dr Boatwright, or he just never returns a call."
